St John Mental Health First Aid Training course

The reality is that someone we know or care about may need our help. How someone responds may determine how quickly a friend, work colleague or loved one gets the help they need. St John Mental Health First Aid Training course teaches participants the skills and knowledge to recognise and respond to someone experiencing these mental health concerns.

Who should attend? Those who are responsible for staff, interact with the public or anyone who wants to improve their knowledge around mental health and wellbeing.

PowerNet is sponsoring these courses for the good of the communities that they serve, and priority will be given to those that would not usually be able to pay for such training: If you’re not able to attend or can afford to purchase this training yourself, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure this valuable training can be made available to someone on our waiting list that would not be able to access it any other way.
